This interactive class series will highlight various topics associated with employment and employ-ability.

 

Similar to our Soft Skills classes, these Workplace Skills classes will focus on ways to improve access to gainful and/or improved employment.

 

The classes and workshops included in this series will include: Resume writing, Interview preparation, Workplace readiness, and more.

The impact of a well written resume and appropriate preparation for the interview process are key to the hiring process. Generally, employers determine the likelihood of inviting an applicant to the next level in less than a minute of seeing the resume or interviewee. Therefore, improving these skills will assist in enabling qualified applicants to make it to the next stage and not be passed over as easily.
